SazzMedia Outreach
A private web application for planning, approving, sending and tracking business outreach email, built so that nothing goes out unless a person approved it and the master switch allows it.
It is run by SazzMedia in Bangladesh for SazzMedia's own outreach. It is not a public service: there is no sign-up, and only SazzMedia's operator can sign in.
What the application does
Plan and approve
Contact lists are imported from files prepared by SazzMedia and checked for duplicates, valid addresses and the do-not-contact list. Each campaign's emails are previewed and must be approved before anything can be sent.
Send from a connected Gmail account
Once the operator connects a Gmail account and sending is enabled, approved emails are sent through the Gmail API from that account, in small daily numbers, on weekdays during the recipient's local business hours.
Handle replies and opt-outs
The application reads recent mail in the connected account to find replies, bounces and opt-out requests, stops follow-ups when someone answers, and adds opt-outs and failed addresses to a permanent do-not-contact list.
How it works
- Import. The operator uploads a list of business contacts. Addresses are normalised, duplicates are caught, and anyone on the do-not-contact list is held back.
- Review. The operator reviews each lead and writes or approves the emails for a campaign. Every email carries the sender's name, a postal address and an opt-out line.
- Approve. The operator approves the campaign. Approved emails are frozen: they cannot change afterwards without a new approval.
- Send. Emails go out one at a time with gaps between them, within a daily limit per mailbox that starts low and rises in steps only while the mailbox stays healthy.
- Follow the replies. Replies appear in the application's inbox screen. A reply, an opt-out or a permanent (hard) bounce stops further emails to that person. The operator answers personally from Gmail.
- Review results. Counts of emails sent, replies, opt-outs and bounces are shown in reports, and summary notices can be sent to the operator through Telegram.
Safeguards built into the application
- Nothing is sent without approval. A person must approve every campaign, and sending also needs several separate switches on the server to be on.
- A master stop switch. One switch halts all sending immediately.
- The do-not-contact list always wins. Opt-outs, hard bounces and addresses added by the operator are never emailed again, whatever else is set.
- Small, gradual volume. A daily limit per connected mailbox, raised in steps only while it stays healthy.
- Replies stop follow-ups. Any real reply ends the sequence for that person.
How the application uses your Google account
The operator connects a Gmail account through Google's standard sign-in screen. The application asks for exactly two permissions:
- Read your email (
gmail.readonly), to find replies, bounces and opt-out requests so follow-ups stop. - Send email on your behalf (
gmail.send), to send the emails the operator approved from the connected account.
The application does not delete, change, label or archive anything in Gmail, and it does not send Gmail content to any AI service. Mail that is not part of the outreach is read only to recognise it as unrelated: the application keeps no sender, subject or text for it. Access can be withdrawn at any time in your Google Account's permissions. The details, including what is stored and for how long, are in the Privacy Policy.
SazzMedia Outreach's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
